2026 Italian Historic Grand Prix at Mugello Circuit
From 2 to 4 October 2026, the Mugello Circuit will host the first edition of the Gran Premio Storico d'Italia , a new major event dedicated to the history of motor racing and the single-seaters that have marked some of the most exciting eras of Formula 1.
An entire weekend in the heart of Mugello to relive the history of racing, with over 200 cars , including around 70 historic Formula 1 cars from the 1960s to the early 2000s , 14 races and numerous on-track exhibitions.

The Italian Historic Grand Prix will bring some of the most iconic cars in the history of international motorsport to the Mugello Circuit .
Fans will be able to admire single-seaters from different eras of Formula 1 up close and watch races, demonstrations and exhibitions that will revive the atmosphere of the great Grand Prix races of the past.
For its first edition, the event will also pay homage to one of the most important periods in the history of Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1: the decade 1996-2006 .
Ferrari Golden Age 1996-2006
One of the most eagerly awaited moments of the Italian Historic Grand Prix will be dedicated to Ferrari's Golden Age 1996-2006 , the era linked to the Scuderia's great successes and the five drivers' world titles won by Michael Schumacher with Ferrari.
Nine Ferrari single-seaters , from the 1996 F310 to the 2006 248 F1, will be brought together at Mugello, returning to the track for special exhibitions.
A truly special opportunity to see and, above all, hear again some of the Formula 1 cars that have made Ferrari history.
A weekend dedicated to the history of motorsport
The program of the Gran Premio Storico d'Italia includes 14 races , as well as demonstrations and exhibitions dedicated to the different eras of motor racing.
The public will be able to experience the event not only from the grandstands, but also by accessing the paddock and the spaces dedicated to Formula 1, getting up close to the cars and discovering the history and technical evolution of the single-seaters first-hand.
